Buddy Munoz is a musician that grew up in El Paso, Texas. Buddy’s mom got him his first bass guitar at 13 years old. He spent his teenage years playing bass with his cousins, drummers David and Sergio Vasquez. He moved to Midland, Texas in 2014, where he met a very talented musician by the name of, Ivan Borrego. Buddy went on to play with various musicians in West Texas. He went on to form  bands Texas Blood, Plutos Bullet to Jupiter, and is currently a founding member along with Ivan Borrego of West Texas’ own Roasted Crow. Buddy spends every minute of the day thinking about music and the daily journeys that it takes him on. In late 2025, Buddy was asked by Tripp and Todd Houck to join their band Lye and Deny, in which he was honored to be asked, and gladly accepted…..Lye and Deny played their first show in Arlington, Texas in August 2025…. the rest….is history in the making.
